Year round garden interest with minimal care

Lists and Presentations

It is inevitable that we get asked about our favorite plants, and we love to share our passions.  But what criteria are we using to determine ‘favorite’?  And our favorites don’t have to be your favorites – with thousands of plant choices available, a multitude of growing conditions, garden – and pocketbook – size differences and varying skill and energy levels, it would be surprising if any two of us agreed on one list of ‘favorites’.  However, it seems to be human nature to make lists and, more specifically, hone them to include the very best.  We provide our lists not so much because we think that you should agree, but because we hope that they will prove provocative and encourage you to form your very own lists of favorites for your garden.

We also post here some of the presentations that we have made to the public, botanical societies, Master Gardeners, garden clubs and garden show judges.
